I created Embody Training to help women be fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
I offer personal training and fitness classes in the Leamington Spa area. I work with women at all stages of their lives and particularly when their bodies are going through change.
– Pregnant clients who are wanting to feel good during pregnancy and be physically fit to give birth
– New (and not so new) mums who are wanting to heal their body and recover after birth – this includes helping to improve Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or pelvic floor dysfunction and build a solid foundation for more intense exercise
– Mums who would like to return to pre pregnancy exercise such as running or strength training after baby
– Women who are peri-menopausal or who have gone through the menopause who may need help in finding exercise and nutrition that makes them feel great, not to mention stress and sleep management
At Embody Training there are NO restrictive diets and brutal and punishing workouts, instead these are replaced by a healthy and nutritious way of eating and enjoyable exercise sessions tailored to you and the needs of your body.
The result – women feel great about their bodies and in control of the food they consume.
