As a pregnancy and post natal fitness expert and women's personal trainer in Leamington Spa, I've trained dozens of women through their pregnancies and then helped them to recover and regain fitness afterwards. I'm a keen advocate of good pelvic health and have experience of training women who may have pelvic floor issues or pelvic girdle or back pain. I work closely with local Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure you can access the care you need to recover optimally.
I have created 3 pregnancy and post natal fitness classes in Leamington Spa, so mums to be and new mums can exercise safely and appropriately and make some lovely friends along the way.
All clients are deep screened using my screening forms. This is so I understand more about your pregnancy and birth and can adapt exercises if necessary or refer to a women's health physio.

My outdoor post natal fitness class has been relaunched and is now 'Strength and Conditioning for Mums'. This class combines the latest approaches in post natal exercise with breathing, alignment, lifting techniques and pelvic floor friendly conditioning:
In this 6 week course, my mums learn:
- Breathing techniques for strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles
- How to lift with good technique and protect their pelvic floor
- Pelvic floor friendly conditioning
- Why technique, alignment and breathing are the foundation of more intense exercise
- Nutrition for the active mum
- This is a great workout in the great outdoors with childcare included!
