Are you looking for a pregnancy or post natal fitness class in Leamington Spa?
If you are overwhelmed by all the information and advice about exercise during pregnancy and after you've given birth. Then let me help you! As a pregnancy and post natal fitness expert and women's personal trainer in Leamington Spa, I've trained dozens of women through their pregnancies and then helped them to recover and regain fitness afterwards. I'm a keen advocate of good pelvic health and have experience of training women who may have pelvic floor issues or pelvic girdle or back pain. I work closely with local Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure you can access the care you need to recover optimally.
I have created 3 pregnancy and post natal fitness classes in Leamington Spa, so mums to be and new mums can exercise safely and appropriately and make some lovely friends along the way.

All clients are deep screened using my screening forms. This is so I understand more about your pregnancy and birth and can adapt exercises if necessary or refer to a women's health physio.

If you are keen to stay fit and active during pregnancy or you're a little confused by all the information regarding exercise in pregnancy, come along to my pregnancy fitness class. It combines fitness, relaxation and education and will help you:
  • Exercise appropriately for your stage of pregnancy
  • Prepare your body for labour and help you recover afterwards
  • Strengthen key pregnancy muscles (core, pelvic floor and glutes) to help you cope with the added load of being pregnant
  • Lessen common pregnancy ailments such as back or pelvic pain
  • Increase energy levels and improve stress and sleep
  • Maintain healthy weight gain
  • Meet other mums to be for support and friendship

  • A great workout in the great outdoors with childcare included!
  • The chance to meet other mums for support and friendship

If you've had a baby and would like to go back to exercise or would like to know how to exercise safely after giving birth, come along to my indoor post natal fitness class. Every client receives a tummy muscle and posture check and info on nutrition and wellbeing.

My post natal fitness class will help you to:
