  • Strengthen key pregnancy muscles to help you cope with the added load of being pregnant
  • Lessen common pregnancy ailments such as back or pelvic pain
  • Increase energy levels and improve stress and sleep
  • Maintain healthy weight gain
  • Meet other mums to be

My outdoor post natal fitness class focuses on:
  • Improving recovery after baby by strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles
  • Restoring stamina and fitness levels
  • Low impact cardio
  • Circuits to help build strength
  • Relaxation and breathing techniques
  • A great workout in the great outdoors with childcare included!
  • The chance to meet other mums for support and friendship
Held every Monday at 11.30am at Victoria Park, Leamington Spa
£35 for 5 session block
